Accessibility.

Our commitment
Everyone is welcome at The Bridge, and that includes our website. We want people of all abilities to be able to find a service, watch a message, give, and take a next step. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we keep working on it as the site changes.
Accessibility settings
Tap the round bridge button in the bottom corner of any page and choose “Accessibility” to turn these on. Your choices are saved only on your own device and stay on as you move around the site.
Higher contrast
Pure black background, brighter text, stronger outlines, and no blur or grain.
Dyslexia-friendly font
Switches the whole site to OpenDyslexic.
Larger text
Increases text size across every page.
Reduce motion
Stops animations, transitions, and moving backgrounds.
Underline links
Makes every link easy to spot without relying on color.
What we do
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and empty descriptions for decorative ones
- Every page works with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines and a “Skip to content” link
- Labels on buttons, icons, and form fields so screen readers announce them clearly
- Headings and landmarks in a logical order so pages are easy to navigate
- Text and background colors chosen to meet contrast guidelines
- Pages that adapt to phones, tablets, browser zoom, and your device's reduced-motion setting
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, and with screen readers like VoiceOver, TalkBack, and NVDA.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site come from other services. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we don't control how their pages are built. If one of these gets in your way, contact us and we'll help you another way, by email or in person.
- Forms and registrations: Connect cards, event registrations, and group sign-ups are hosted by Planning Center.
- Online giving: Giving forms are provided by PushPay.
- Videos: Sermons and series videos are hosted on YouTube and Vimeo. Automatic captions may not be fully accurate, and older recordings may not have captions.
- Sermon notes and the church app: These are provided through Subsplash.
- Older documents and media: Some older files, images with text, and podcast episodes may not have full text alternatives or transcripts.
At our campuses
- Handicap accessible parking at every campus
- Our team can help you find a seat when you arrive
- ASL interpretation is available during the message at Princeton
If you or someone in your family needs something else, email info@bridgechurch.cc before you visit, or find the VIP team when you arrive. We're glad to help.
