Office Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to the following:


  • Clerical management
  • Office management
  • Database management
  • Data entry
  • Managing an office assistant
  • Attends training events (off-site and on-site)
  • Assists with special events
  • Recruits and trains office volunteers
  • Assistant to Executive Pastor




  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Knowledge of working budgets
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information




  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative and/or support staff experience.
  • High School graduate

Scheduling Coordinator (Part-Time)

Bridge Kids exists to provide a place where children can encounter and learn about God in age-appropriate and engaging environments, led by volunteers who model discipleship and Christianity. Bridge Kids seeks to support and partner with families to invest faith in the next generation. Bridge Kids serves kids, their families, and volunteer teams. The scheduling coordinator role is primarily responsible for equipping, supporting, and organizing the systems and processes that support Bridge Kids at The Bridge Princeton. This role also supports all childcare provided functions held at the church.


RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to the following:


  • Ensure all Sunday and Wednesday programs are adequately staffed with volunteer teams utilizing Planning Center Services
  • Ensure all volunteers and background checks are up to date
  • Have a working knowledge of Check-Ins and keep it current
  • Keep Planning Center Online updated with all volunteer info and preferences
  • Oversee Volunteer Onboarding Process
  • Support and communicate all necessary information to captains of each team in Bridge Kids
  • Present on Sunday mornings, occasional Wednesday nights, and during special services to oversee all Bridge Kids and child care programs, to step in if needed, and be a liaison for any Emergency Procedures
  • Be present at volunteer¬†trainings and retreats that happen throughout the year
  • Oversee additional Paid Childcare Needs: nights of worship, SNL, VCAs, Christmas Eve, etc.
  • Prepare Toddler and Preschool Curriculum
  • Ensure all needed supplies are stocked and order when out
  • Communicate various events to Bridge Kids Families
